ACL 107 Series is a brass servo-assisted diaphragm solenoid valve with normally closed operation for automatic control of compatible fluids. This valve uses a G 1" female BSPP threaded connection and a Viton (FPM) seal for suitable industrial service. It is intended for machinery, utility systems, water lines, air lines, and process applications where dependable on-off flow control is required. The servo-assisted diaphragm design provides the operating style used for this valve series and helps define its performance in the intended service conditions.
This valve is supplied without a coil. Compatible coils are sold separately, allowing the correct voltage and frequency to be selected for the intended application. To add a suitable coil, please view available coil options.

ASCO Series 238 is a pilot-operated solenoid valve with a built-in pilot and a floating diaphragm, in a brass body, with 2/2 normally closed operation. SCE238D005 is the G 1 size: 25 mm orifice, Kv 9.9 m³/h (165 l/min), 0.3 bar minimum and 10 bar maximum operating pressure differential, fluid temperature -10°C to +85°C, with a combination thread to ISO 228/1 and ISO 7/1. The V suffix is ASCO's seal-material option for an FPM (fluoroelastomer) diaphragm, disc and seals; without that suffix the valve is built with an NBR diaphragm and disc. Two differences a buyer should note against the ACL E107FV25 supplied here. First, the ASCO catalogue number covers the valve complete with its solenoid operator, with the voltage stated at the time of order, whereas the ACL valve is supplied without a coil and takes a Series 3 coil ordered separately. Second, the ACL valve opens from a 0.15 bar differential rather than 0.3 bar and is rated at Kv 10.2 m³/h against 9.9 m³/h.
