We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us first before sending anything back.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original, undamaged packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Special-order or customised products procured specifically for your order.
- Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
- Products explicitly marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Software licences or products with activated licence keys.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our team to review and approve your return request. We will respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. Indspare is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- A restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances and will be communicated at the time of approval.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
