Shipping Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This policy explains where indSpare ships, when orders ship, how shipping is charged, and how to follow a delivery.
1. Where We Ship
We ship to the United States and worldwide, except to the following places, where US sanctions and export controls do not allow it:
- Belarus
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Russia
- Syria
- The Crimea region of Ukraine
- Sevastopol, in the Crimea region of Ukraine
- The Donetsk region of Ukraine
- The Luhansk region of Ukraine
The checkout does not accept a delivery address in these places, and we do not accept orders for delivery there (Terms and Conditions, clause 13).
We also do not ship to US military post addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO), because couriers do not deliver to them.
2. Carriers
We ship with international express couriers, chosen for each destination.
3. When Orders Ship
We ship an order after its payment is confirmed. Each product page shows the item's availability:
- An item in stock shows “In stock” with the quantity available, or with the days it takes to ship, for example “In stock, ships in 2 to 3 days”.
- An item with a lead time shows the number of weeks it takes to ship.
For items that are not in stock, the shipping time shown is an estimate and may change after the order is confirmed.
4. Delivery Estimate
Where the courier provides one, the checkout shows an estimated delivery date before you pay, and your order confirmation repeats it.
Delivery dates are estimates, not binding deadlines. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or other causes beyond our reasonable control (Terms and Conditions, clause 6).
5. Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight and size of the packed parcel and the delivery address. It is shown before you pay and is included in the order total.
If shipping to your address cannot be priced online, the checkout tells you so before you place the order.
Where the checkout offers it, you can instead have the order collected on your own courier account. Shipping is then not charged, and we contact you to arrange the collection.
6. Customs Duties and Taxes
Our prices exclude customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and sales tax.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you are the importer: you clear the goods through customs in the destination country, and you pay any duties, taxes, brokerage, and storage charges levied there (Terms and Conditions, clauses 4 and 6).
7. Tracking
When the courier collects your order, we email you the tracking number with a link to follow the shipment. You can also follow it on the Track an order page, with the tracking number or with your order number and the email address you ordered with.
8. Delivery Address
Please give a complete and correct delivery address, and be available to accept the delivery or arrange for an authorized person to accept it. Re-delivery costs caused by an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt are yours (Terms and Conditions, clause 6).
9. Damage or Loss in Transit
Please film the unboxing of every order, starting with the parcel still sealed: we cannot accept a damage claim without that video.
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 5 business days (Monday to Friday) of delivery, from the order page in your account or at [email protected]. Send at least 3 photos of the item and its packaging, each from a different angle, and a video of at least 30 seconds that shows the unboxing and the damage. Once the claim is verified, we arrange the collection, pay for the return shipping, and replace the item or refund it in full, as set out in clause 2 of the Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, email [email protected] with your order number.
10. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment, including shipping, duties, and fees (Terms and Conditions, clauses 5 and 6).
