Danfoss 032U7182 (EV220B 25B G 1N NO000) — the G 1" BSPP brass, NBR, normally-open servo-operated valve body, supplied without a coil. Danfoss has withdrawn this code as NBR is phased out of the EV220B 15-50 range. The orifice matches at 25 mm and both valves are rated to 10 bar. Flow is close but not equal: Danfoss quotes Kv 11 m³/h against this valve's 10.2 m³/h. This valve opens from 0.15 bar differential against Danfoss's 0.3 bar. Body length is 96 mm against Danfoss's 109 mm, so allow for the pipework. Coil ordered separately: this valve takes a Series 3 coil, not a Danfoss one.

Parker 7322B Series — 2-way diaphragm pilot-operated solenoid valve, normally open, brass (Fluid Control Division Europe)

Parker 7322BDN00 — the 1" BSPP brass, NBR, normally-open pilot-operated diaphragm valve (also listed as PM143DN, and in Parker's current general catalogue as valve order number 443808W). Orifice and flow are a close match: 25 mm against Parker's 25 mm, and a Kv of 10.2 m³/h against Parker's 9.6 m³/h. The bodies are a similar size as well, 96 mm port to port and 1.05 kg against Parker's 104 mm and 1.08 kg. The important difference is pressure. Parker rates this valve to 20 bar maximum differential; this valve is rated to 10 bar, half as much. Parker's also opens from 0.10 bar differential against 0.15 bar here. If your duty runs above 10 bar differential this is not a substitute — confirm the pressure before ordering. Body material, BSPP port thread, NBR seal, the 90 °C NBR media limit and the normally-open function are the same on both, and both are supplied without a coil. The electrical fitting is not the same: this valve takes a Series 3 coil with a DIN 46244 (9.4 mm) plug, where the Parker coil takes a DIN 43650 form A (18 mm) plug — an existing Parker cordset will not mate, so order the coil and plug with the valve.
