Description

ACL 207 Series is a brass servo-assisted diaphragm solenoid valve with normally open operation for automatic control of compatible fluids. This valve uses a G 2" female BSPP threaded connection and a NBR seal for suitable industrial service. It is intended for machinery, utility systems, water lines, air lines, and process applications where dependable on-off flow control is required. The servo-assisted diaphragm design provides the operating style used for this valve series and helps define its performance in the intended service Conditions.

Select a Suitable Coil

This valve is supplied without a coil. Compatible coils are sold separately, allowing the correct voltage and frequency to be selected for the intended application. To add a suitable coil, please view available coil options.

Applications

Danfoss 032U7184

Danfoss EV220B (15-50 range) — 2/2-way servo-operated solenoid valve, brass body, NO version

Danfoss 032U7184 (EV220B 40B G 112N NO000) — the G 1-1/2" BSPP brass, NBR, normally-open servo-operated valve body, supplied without a coil. Danfoss has withdrawn this code as NBR is phased out of the EV220B 15-50 range. Not an identical part. Danfoss rates 032U7184 at a 40 mm orifice and Kv 24 m³/h; this valve is 37 mm and Kv 21 m³/h, roughly 88% of the Danfoss flow at the same pressure drop. Both valves are rated to 10 bar, and this one opens from 0.15 bar differential against Danfoss's 0.3 bar. Body length is 142 mm against Danfoss's 130 mm — this valve is the longer of the two, so check the run before ordering. Coil ordered separately: this valve takes a Series 2 coil, not a Danfoss one.

Parker Hannifin 7322BFN00

Parker 7322B Series — 2-way diaphragm pilot-operated solenoid valve, normally open, brass (Fluid Control Division Europe)

Parker 7322BFN00 — the 1-1/2" BSPP brass, NBR, normally-open pilot-operated diaphragm valve (also listed as PM143.2FN, and as part number 443810W in catalogue 8801/UK). Offered as the closest equivalent, not an identical part. Both valves are rated to the same 10 bar maximum differential pressure, but Parker's is the larger-bore build: a 40 mm orifice and a Kv of 30.0 m³/h against 37 mm and 21 m³/h here, so this valve passes roughly 30% less flow. Parker's also opens from 0.10 bar differential against 0.15 bar here. Size the flow against your duty before substituting. Body material, BSPP port thread, NBR seal, normally-open function and maximum differential pressure are the same on both, and the coil is ordered separately on both.
