Technical overview
Mitutoyo 188-151 / PCG is a Series 188 metric and unified screw pitch gauge set for checking 60 degree thread pitch on bolts, screws, studs, fittings and threaded components. It covers 0.4 to 7 mm metric pitch and 4 to 42 TPI unified pitch with 51 leaves, combining the 188-122 metric gauge and 188-111 unified gauge in one set. Each thread pitch is stamped on the gauge leaf, making this thread pitch gauge practical for maintenance, machining, fabrication, stores inspection and identifying replacement threaded parts.
