Technical overview
Mitutoyo 186-110 / RG-D4 is a Series 186 metric radius gauge set for checking small concave and convex radii from 0.4 to 6 mm. The set includes 18 stamped leaves covering 0.4, 0.8, 1, 1.2, 1.5, 1.6 mm, 1.75 to 3 mm by 0.25 mm and 3.5 to 6 mm by 0.5 mm, with each leaf combining internal and external radius gauges of the same size. The 90 degree arc design and locking clamp make it useful for tool rooms, machining inspection, die work, fabrication and maintenance checks where quick radius verification is required.
