Technical overview
Mitutoyo 293-341-30 / MDC-2" PX is an IP65 coolant proof Digimatic outside micrometer for measuring 25 to 50 mm / 1 to 2 inch outside dimensions in machining, maintenance and inspection work. It has carbide-tipped micro-lap measuring faces, spindle lock, satin chrome thimble and sleeve, LCD display and a heat-shielded frame for stable precision measurement around coolant or cutting oil. The ratchet stop gives repeatable measuring force, while the supplied setting standard helps set the micrometer accurately for shaft, sleeve, pin, thickness and precision component checks.
