Technical overview
The Sanrex DFA150AA160 combines a six-diode three-phase bridge and one thyristor in a single electrically isolated power module. This chassis-mount device performs AC-to-DC rectification while the built-in SCR supports rush-current and inrush-current control, so buyers may also know it as a diode-SCR module or three-phase diode-thyristor bridge. It is rated 150 A and 1600 V, with 1600 A surge capability at 60 Hz, 2500 V RMS isolation and separate M6 power and M4 gate terminals for inverter, motor-control and stabilized power-supply assemblies.
