Technical overview
Built for higher-current rectifier stages, the Sanrex DF100AA160 integrates six glass-passivated power diodes in an electrically isolated three-phase full-wave bridge. This chassis-mount rectifier diode module operates as a six-pulse AC-to-DC rectifier and is also commonly described as a 3-phase bridge diode module. It is rated 100 A DC at a 102 °C case temperature and 1600 V VRRM, with 1000 A surge capability at 60 Hz, a maximum 1.2 V forward drop, 2500 V RMS isolation and M5 screw connections for durable heatsink mounting.
