Technical overview
The Sanrex DF30AA160 is a compact three-phase full-wave bridge rectifier built around six glass-passivated silicon diodes. This isolated rectifier diode module performs six-pulse AC-to-DC conversion and is also known as a 3-phase bridge diode module. It delivers 30 A DC at a 117 °C case temperature and withstands 1600 V repetitive reverse voltage, while the 2500 V isolated base and #250 quick-connect tabs support installation in motor drives, AVR units and switching power supplies.
