Technical overview
Designed for dependable front-end rectification, the Sanrex DF50AA160 combines six silicon power diodes in an isolated three-phase full-wave bridge. This chassis-mount rectifier diode module provides six-pulse AC-to-DC conversion and is also commonly described as a 3-phase bridge diode module. It is rated 50 A DC at a 114 °C case temperature and 1600 V VRRM, with 700 A surge capability at 60 Hz, a maximum 1.2 V forward drop and M5 screw terminals for motor drives, AVR equipment and industrial power supplies.
