Technical overview
Mitutoyo 500-197-30 / CD-8" ASX is a 200 mm AOS Absolute Digimatic caliper built with hardened stainless steel construction, standard outside and inside jaws, a flat depth bar and an LCD display for clear inch/metric readings. The 0 to 200 mm (0 to 8 inch) range gives extra capacity for shafts, housings, plates, brackets, tubes and larger fabricated parts where a 150 mm caliper is not enough. Its ABSOLUTE AOS scale keeps the origin setting ready after power-on and provides fast digital measurement for machining, maintenance, receiving inspection and quality control benches.
