1/2" FNPT SS316 Ball Valve, PEEK seats, 10,000 psig
Hy-Lok 105 series two way straight pattern high pressure ball valve with 1/2 inch female NPT connections on both ports, a 316 stainless steel body, ball, stem and end connectors, PEEK seats, PTFE stem packing and a stainless steel lever handle. Bore is 10 mm with a Cv of 7.5, the stem is internally loaded with a shoulder so it cannot blow out, and a NACE MR-01-75 sour gas build is offered. Used for positive shut off on high pressure instrument, hydraulic and process lines. One difference to note before you order: Hy-Lok publishes the 10,000 psig (690 bar) rating at 70 degrees F (21 degrees C) and does not publish a working pressure above that temperature, so confirm the rating with the manufacturer if the valve will run hot, whereas the valve shown on this page is rated 10,000 psig across its stated temperature range. Two smaller differences: the Hy-Lok body is 79 mm end to end against 85 mm here, and its lever is 126.5 mm long against 108.3 mm. Bore, Cv, body across flats at 32 mm, connection size and type on both ports, seat material, stem packing, temperature range, handle type and blow out proof stem design are the same on both.
