Technical overview
The Janatics DS2 Series provides compact directional control for pneumatic cylinders and actuators used in automated machinery. This 5/3-way centre-blocked valve uses a pilot-operated spool, dual 24 V DC solenoids rated at 5 W, and spring centring to the blocked position. The valve has G 1/4" connections, 1200 L/min nominal inlet-to-outlet flow and a 2 to 10 bar working pressure range. Both 24 V DC solenoid coils are supplied with PG9 connectors for wiring and installation. A push-and-turn locking manual override and IP65 coil protection help with commissioning, and the valve can be mounted individually or on a manifold. It is intended for dry, filtered compressed air in packaging, assembly, material-handling and general actuator-control systems.
