Technical overview
The Janatics DS2 Series provides compact directional control for pneumatic cylinders and actuators used in automated machinery. A pilot-operated spool and dual 24 V DC solenoids rated at 5 W provide electrically controlled switching in both directions. The valve has G 1/2" connections, 3500 L/min nominal inlet-to-outlet flow and a 2 to 10 bar working pressure range. Both 24 V DC solenoid coils are supplied with PG9 connectors for wiring and installation. A push-and-turn locking manual override and IP65 coil protection help with commissioning, and the valve can be mounted individually or on a manifold. It is intended for dry, filtered compressed air in packaging, assembly, material-handling and general actuator-control systems.
