نظرة عامة تقنية
تقدّم سلسلة DS2 من Janatics تحكماً اتجاهياً مدمجاً للأسطوانات والمشغّلات الهوائية المستخدمة في الماكينات المؤتمتة. ويستخدم هذا الصمام 5/3 ذو المركز المغلق منزلقاً يعمل بالقيادة الهوائية (Pilot) وملفين كهرومغناطيسيين 24 V DC بقدرة 5 W وتوسيطاً نابضياً إلى الوضع المغلق. وللصمام وصلات G 1/2" وتدفق اسمي 3500 L/min من المدخل إلى المخرج ونطاق ضغط تشغيل من 2 إلى 10 bar. ويُورَّد كلا الملفين الكهرومغناطيسيين 24 V DC مزودين بموصلات PG9 لأعمال التوصيل والتركيب. ويساعد التجاوز اليدوي بالضغط والإدارة القابل للتثبيت وحماية الملف بدرجة IP65 في أعمال التشغيل والتجربة، ويمكن تركيب الصمام منفرداً أو على مشعب (manifold). وهو مخصص للهواء المضغوط الجاف والمُرشَّح في أنظمة التعبئة والتجميع ومناولة المواد والتحكم العام في المشغّلات.
