The Janatics DS2 Series is a compact spool-type directional valve for controlling double-acting cylinders and rotary pneumatic actuators. This model is a 5/2-way, single-solenoid, pilot-operated valve with spring return, a 24 V DC 5 W coil, and a working pressure range of 2 to 10 bar. Ports 1, 2 and 4 are G 1/4", while exhaust ports 3 and 5 are G 1/8", rated flow is 1200 L/min from inlet to outlet and 700 L/min from outlet to exhaust. The 24 V DC coil is supplied with a transparent PG9 connector featuring a red bipolar LED. When correctly assembled with its gasket, the coil and connector provide IP65 protection. A push-and-turn locking manual override supports setup and testing, and the valve can be installed individually or on a manifold.
