Technical overview
The DK-LOK DK20NV-04-A is an angle-pattern high pressure needle valve designed for manual isolation and throttling in high pressure gas and liquid systems. Its 90 degree flow path supports compact tubing layouts, while the 1/4" connection size is rated up to 20,000 psig. The body is ASTM A276 Type 316L stainless steel and the stem is ASTM A564 Type 630 stainless steel. DK-LOK specifies a non-rotating stem tip, standard Vee stem tip, PTFE packing with optional graphite and an operating temperature range from -100°F to 600°F (-73°C to 315°C).
