Technical overview
The DK-LOK DK60NV-09 is a straight-pattern high pressure needle valve designed for manual isolation and throttling in high pressure gas and liquid systems. Its inline flow path is suited to straight tubing runs, while the 9/16" connection size is rated up to 60,000 psig. The body is ASTM A276 Type 316L stainless steel and the stem is ASTM A564 Type 630 stainless steel. DK-LOK specifies a non-rotating stem tip, standard Vee stem tip, PTFE packing with optional graphite and an operating temperature range from -100°F to 600°F (-73°C to 315°C). Typical uses include high pressure test equipment, chemical injection, instrumentation isolation, hydraulic systems and process tubing.
