Omron NX Series Safety Digital Output Module, 4 Outputs, 24 VDC Sourcing (PNP), NX-SOD400
Technical overview
Omron NX-SOD400 is a 4-point safety digital output unit for NX safety I/O systems, designed to control safety-related outputs from an Omron safety controller. It provides PNP 24 VDC outputs with 0.5 A per point and 2 A aggregate output capability, supporting machine safety circuits that require reliable shutdown or enable control. The module is compatible with NX safety control units, Sysmac safety systems and FSoE-based EtherCAT safety architectures, making it useful for contactor control, safety relay replacement, guarded machine zones and automated line safety functions.
