The Janatics A03 Series is a compact magnetic pneumatic cylinder for applications where the actuator must fit close to the machine frame or fixture. It is a double acting linear pneumatic actuator with a 50 mm bore and 50 mm stroke with a male piston rod thread, designed for short and controlled push-pull movement in tight pneumatic automation spaces. The compact, lightweight body gives useful clamping force for its size, with magnetic piston position detection for compatible external sensors, and elastomer end cushioning to reduce impact at the end of stroke. It is suitable for jigs, fixtures, SPMs, packaging machines, light machine automation and other compressed-air actuator duties where a compact cylinder is preferred, with G1/8 pneumatic air port thread.
