Technical overview
The Janatics A81 Series is a non-magnetic single acting miniature pneumatic cylinder for compact mechanisms where a crimped cylinder body and front-spring operation are preferred. This single acting linear pneumatic actuator uses a 25 mm bore and 20 mm stroke, with a 10 mm piston rod, G1/8 air port, 2 to 10 bar working pressure and elastomer end cushioning. The series follows ISO 6432 / CETOP RP52P style dimensions and uses aluminium, brass, nitrile, steel, acetal and polyurethane construction materials for filtered, lubricated compressed-air service. It is suitable for small fixtures, light clamping, ejecting, indexing, packaging mechanisms and compact machine automation.
