Technical overview
The Alco UN4NS is a 1/2" female NPT high-pressure needle valve rated to 10,000 psi at 38°C, with an operating temperature range of -40 to +230°C. It features an SS316 straight-pattern body, metal-to-metal seat, hardened 17-4PH non-rotating tip, RTFE packing and a stainless steel T-bar handle. The valve is suitable for accurate throttling and reliable isolation of pressure instruments, sampling lines and other demanding high-pressure process connections.
