نظرة عامة تقنية
توفّر سلسلة 4V200 من Airtac تحكماً اتجاهياً بتشغيل قيادي (Pilot) للأسطوانات والمشغّلات الهوائية المستخدمة في الماكينات المؤتمتة. ويقوم ملف كهرومغناطيسي مفرد 24 V DC بقدرة 3 W بتحويل الصمام 5/2، مع عودة نابضية وإمكانية اختيار تغذية قيادية داخلية أو خارجية. وللصمام وصلات "G 1/8 ونطاق ضغط تشغيل 0.15 إلى 0.8 MPa وضغط تحمّل 1.2 MPa وزمن استجابة 0.05 seconds أو أقل وتردد تبديل أقصى 5 cycles/sec. ويُحدَّد جسمه المصنوع من سبيكة الألومنيوم للعمل بهواء مرشّح عند 40 ميكرون ضمن -20 إلى 70 °C. ويُورَّد ملف 24 V DC مع موصل من النوع الطرفي للتوصيل والتركيب. وتدعم درجة حماية الملف IP65 والعزل من الفئة B والتشغيل دون تزييت خدمة يُعتمد عليها. وتشمل الاستخدامات المعتادة التحكم في الأسطوانات وماكينات التعبئة والتجميع ومعدات مناولة المواد ولوحات التحكم الهوائية.
