نظرة عامة تقنية
توفّر سلسلة 4V300 من Airtac تحكماً اتجاهياً بتشغيل قيادي (Pilot) للأسطوانات والمشغّلات الهوائية المستخدمة في الماكينات المؤتمتة. ويقوم ملفان كهرومغناطيسيان 220 V AC بقدرة 4.5 VA بتشغيل الصمام 5/3 ذي المركز المغلق، مع توسيط نابضي يعيده إلى وضع المركز المغلق وإمكانية اختيار تغذية قيادية داخلية أو خارجية. وللصمام وصلات "PT 1/4 ونطاق ضغط تشغيل 0.15 إلى 0.8 MPa وضغط تحمّل 1.2 MPa وزمن استجابة 0.05 seconds أو أقل وتردد تبديل أقصى 3 cycles/sec. ويُحدَّد جسمه المصنوع من سبيكة الألومنيوم للعمل بهواء مرشّح عند 40 ميكرون ضمن -20 إلى 70 °C. ويُورَّد كلا ملفَّي 220 V AC مع موصلات من النوع الطرفي للتوصيل والتركيب. وتدعم درجة حماية الملف IP65 والعزل من الفئة B والتشغيل دون تزييت خدمة يُعتمد عليها. وتشمل الاستخدامات المعتادة التحكم في الأسطوانات وماكينات التعبئة والتجميع ومعدات مناولة المواد ولوحات التحكم الهوائية.
