نظرة عامة تقنية
توفّر سلسلة Airtac 4V400 تحكماً اتجاهياً بتشغيل قيادي (Pilot) لأسطوانات ومشغّلات هوائية تُستخدم في الماكينات المؤتمتة. يعمل الصمام 5/3 ذو المركز المغلق بملفين كهرومغناطيسيين 220 V AC بقدرة 4.5 VA، مع تمركز نابضي يعيده إلى وضع المركز المغلق وإمكانية اختيار تغذية قيادية داخلية أو خارجية. يأتي الصمام بوصلات PT 1/2"، ونطاق ضغط تشغيل من 0.15 إلى 0.8 MPa، وضغط تحمّل 1.2 MPa، وزمن استجابة 0.05 ثانية أو أقل، وتردد تبديل أقصى 3 cycles/sec. ويبلغ مقطع الفوهة في مسار التدفق 40.0 mm² بمعامل تدفق 2.35. وجسمه من سبيكة الألمنيوم ومحدَّد للعمل بهواء مرشّح عند 40 ميكرون في نطاق من -20 إلى 70 °C. ويُورَّد كلا ملفَي 220 V AC مع موصلات من نوع الأطراف (Terminal) للتوصيل والتركيب. وتدعم حماية الملف بدرجة IP65 وعزل فئة B والتشغيل دون تزييت موثوقية الخدمة. وتشمل الاستخدامات النموذجية التحكم في الأسطوانات، وماكينات التعبئة والتجميع، ومعدات مناولة المواد، ولوحات التحكم الهوائية.
