Technical overview
Sick WTB12-3P2411 is a compact W12 background suppression photoelectric proximity sensor designed for stable object detection where the background must be ignored. The sensor uses an infrared LED beam, 5-turn potentiometer adjustment, 20 to 600 mm sensing range, PNP complementary light/dark switching output and fast 330 µs response for conveyor, packaging, handling and machine automation applications. Its metal housing, PMMA front screen, M12 4-pin connector and IP66, IP67 and IP69K ratings support demanding industrial sensor replacement and object detection points.
