Technical overview
PCH Engineering PCH1106/CHF8170/X1 is a compact vibration velocity sensor designed for continuous condition monitoring of rotating machinery. It measures vibration velocity from 0 to 50 mm/s using True RMS detection over a 10 to 1000 Hz frequency range and provides a 4-20 mA analog signal for connection to PLC and machine-monitoring systems. The sensor uses a capacitive accelerometer housed in stainless steel 1.4305, an M12 8-pin top connector and an integrated M8 mounting stud. It is suitable for monitoring vibration caused by machine conditions such as unbalance and misalignment on pumps, fans, ventilators, separators and similar rotating equipment.
