Kubler Sendix 5020 Incremental Hollow Shaft Rotary Encoder, 12 mm, 1024 PPR, M23 12-pin Connector, 8.5020.1544.1024
Technical overview
Kubler Sendix 5020 is a standard optical incremental encoder designed for reliable speed and position feedback on rotating shafts in motors, drives, machinery, conveyors and automation equipment. The encoder uses a hollow shaft design for direct mounting, Safety-Lock bearing construction for improved resistance to vibration and installation errors, and a rugged die-cast housing with high ingress protection for demanding industrial environments. This configured version provides 1024 pulses per revolution, 5 VDC RS422 output with inverted signals, 12 mm through hollow shaft, radial M23 12-pin connection and wide operating temperature capability for machine control and motion monitoring applications. This product is the current standard Sendix 5020 successor for discontinued Kubler 8.5820.0812.1024.
