نظرة عامة تقنية
صُمّمت سلسلة DS3 من Janatics للتركيب المباشر بواجهة NAMUR على المشغّلات الهوائية المستخدمة في أتمتة صمامات العمليات. ويجمع هذا الصمام 5/2 بين منزلق يعمل بالقيادة الهوائية (Pilot) وملف كهرومغناطيسي مفرد 24 V DC بقدرة 5 W مع رجوع بنابض. وللصمام وصلات G 1/4" وتدفق اسمي 1400 L/min من المدخل إلى المخرج ونطاق ضغط تشغيل من 2 إلى 10 bar. ويُورَّد الملف الكهرومغناطيسي 24 V DC مزوداً بموصل PG9 لأعمال التوصيل والتركيب. ويساعد التجاوز اليدوي بالضغط والإدارة القابل للتثبيت وحماية الملف بدرجة IP65 في أعمال التشغيل والتجربة، بينما تُركَّب واجهة NAMUR مباشرة على المشغّل. وهو مخصص للهواء المضغوط الجاف والمُرشَّح في تشغيل صمامات العمليات ومعدات التعبئة والأتمتة الصناعية العامة.
