In this size it uses a 304 stainless steel case with a polished removable bayonet ring, a laminated safety glass window, a 316L stainless steel Bourdon tube and a 316 stainless steel pressure connection, and it is offered with a 1/4" NPT lower-mount connection and a bar second scale. 0/6000 psi is a catalogued scale range for this model in the 2½” order code, but it is not one of Wika's 2½” stock articles, so it is a configured build rather than an off-the-shelf item. Wika quotes accuracy at 2½” as ASME B40.100 Grade A, ±2% / ±1% / ±2% of span, which its own data sheet pairs with EN 837-1 Class 1.6 at this nominal size; ±1.0% of full scale is available as an option. Nuova Fima MGS18 DN63 is an all-stainless Bourdon tube pressure gauge with a 63 mm (2½") dial, built to EN 837-1 at accuracy Class 1.6, with an AISI 316L stainless steel Bourdon tube and socket and a stainless steel case. Nuova Fima's published range list for this model and size includes 0-6000 psi, including the version with psi on the outer scale and bar on the inner scale, and 1/4-18 NPT is offered on the lower connection. Nuova Fima quotes working pressure for the MGS18 as 75% of full scale value for static pressure and 66% for pulsating pressure; the gauge listed here is built to the same EN 837-1 standard and is specified with 125% FSD over range.
Three points a buyer should note before cross-ordering. First, the MGS18 is catalogued in three case variants - standard, fillable and filled - and it is the fillable variant that corresponds to the dry, prepared-for-filling case of the gauge listed here.
