Technical overview
The Sanrex DF150AA160 is a high-current three-phase full-wave bridge rectifier built with six glass-passivated power diodes. This isolated rectifier diode module performs six-pulse AC-to-DC conversion and is also known as a 3-phase bridge diode module. It delivers 150 A DC at a 94 °C case temperature and withstands 1600 V repetitive reverse voltage, with 1200 A surge capability at 60 Hz, 2500 V RMS isolation and M5 screw terminals for motor drives, AVR equipment and switching power supplies.
