Technical overview
The Alco N4NS is a 1/2" female NPT high-pressure needle valve rated to 6000 psi at 38°C, with an operating temperature range of -40 to +230°C. It combines an SS316 straight-pattern body with a metal-to-metal seat, hardened 17-4PH non-rotating tip, RTFE packing and a stainless steel T-bar handle. It is suitable for accurate flow control and dependable isolation of pressure instruments, sampling lines and small-bore liquid or gas systems.
