Technical overview
The Airtac ACQ Series is a compact magnetic pneumatic cylinder for short-stroke linear movement where the actuator must fit close to the machine frame, fixture or clamping station. This double acting linear pneumatic actuator uses a 40 mm bore and 60 mm stroke, with a magnetic piston for sensor feedback and a compact square body designed for space-saving installation. The series uses a hard-anodized aluminium compact body with rubber bumper cushioning for routine end-stroke damping in compressed-air automation service. It is suitable for compact clamping, pushing, stopping, positioning and small automation mechanisms.
