Technical overview
DK-LOK DK-RVS high pressure relief valve is a factory-set safety valve that discharges excess pressure when the system exceeds the set point, protecting instruments and downstream devices. This valve supplied is made in SS316 with 1/2" male x female NPT end connections (MF8N) and is factory set at 10,000 psig. It has FKM (Viton) seal & uses spring code KK11, which covers an adjustable spring range of 10,000–15,000 psig, allowing controlled setting within the spring range when required. The valve is sealed with a pressure tag after setting and is suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems and test bench applications where stable relief and dependable reseal performance are required.
