‏Mitutoyo 103-139-10 / OM-75 هو ميكرومتر خارجي تناظري من السلسلة 103 لقياس الأبعاد الخارجية ضمن مدى 50 إلى 75 mm بتدريج 0.01 mm. يستخدم أسطح قياس مصقولة (micro-lap) بأطراف كربيدية، وقفلاً للعمود، وكمّاً وغلافاً مطليين بالكروم الساتيني، ومحدّد قوة قياس (Ratchet Stop) يمنح قوة قياس قابلة للتكرار أثناء فحص الأعمدة والجلب والفواصل والسماكات والقطع المشغّلة آلياً. ويُورَّد الميكرومتر مع علبة ومفتاح وقضيب معايرة، ما يجعله مناسباً لفحص الورش ومخازن الصيانة وضبط جودة التشغيل الآلي والقياس في غرف العدد.

Tesa Micromaster Outside Micrometer, 50–75 mm, 0.01 mm graduation

TESA 00110103 is an ISOMASTER analogue external micrometer, vernier model, 50–75 mm, reading to 0.01 mm. It is built to DIN 863 T1 / NF E 11-095 with tungsten carbide measuring inserts, a friction ratchet for repeatable measuring force, a locking screw on the spindle and a measuring force of up to 10 N. TESA publishes a maximum permissible error of 5 µm and a maximum permissible parallelism error of 3 µm at this size. ISOMASTER is TESA's analogue line; MICROMASTER is the separate digital line reading to 0.001 mm, and 00110103 does not belong to it. Two differences a buyer should note against the Mitutoyo 103-139-10 supplied here. First, the Mitutoyo is rated at ±2 µm maximum permissible error to EN ISO 3611 Class 1, a tighter figure than the 5 µm TESA publishes. Second, the Mitutoyo is supplied with box, spanner and a 50 mm setting standard, where TESA lists this micrometer with a measurement report and declaration of conformity.
