Ashcroft Type 1009 Duralife is a 2½” (63 mm) all-stainless Bourdon tube pressure gauge. In the build 25-1009-SW-02L-60# it carries a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube with a 316L stainless steel process connection, a 304 stainless steel case and bayonet ring, a 1/4" NPT male lower-mount connection and a 0-60 psi range, supplied dry and field fillable. Accuracy is ±1% of span, ASME B40.100 Grade 1A. Two differences a buyer should note before cross-ordering. First, the Ashcroft 1009 dial is single-unit: 0-60 psi is the 60# dial and bar is ordered as a separate 4BR dial, so the Ashcroft has no psi/bar dual scale, whereas the gauge listed here carries a bar second scale in addition to the psi scale. Second, the standard 1009 lens is polycarbonate, with safety glass available only as an option, whereas the gauge listed here has a clear glass window as standard.
