الوصف

صُمم مقياس الضغط General Instruments طراز BSPG-V لقراءة ضغط موضعية موثوقة في الخدمات الصناعية الشاقة. يعتمد المقياس على قرص قياس 4" / 100 mm مع وصلة سفلية 1/2" Male NPT للتركيب المباشر على خط العملية. مصنوع من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ، بنافذة زجاجية مقاومة للتشظي وأجزاء ملامسة للوسط من SS316 وعلبة جافة مهيأة للتعبئة بالسائل حيثما استدعت الاهتزازات أو ظروف الضغط الديناميكي ذلك. نطاق القياس 0...30 psi مع تدريج ثانوي bar، ودرجة الدقة Class 1.0، ويجعله تصميمه كمقياس عمليات مناسبًا لخطوط الهيدروليك والأنظمة الهوائية وقواعد المضخات وأنظمة الضواغط وتطبيقات العمليات العامة.

Ashcroft Type 1008S all-stainless pressure gauge, 100 mm dial, 304 stainless steel case, 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube and process connection, 1/2" male NPT lower connection, dry liquid-fillable case, dual scale reading 0/30 psi on the inner scale with 0/2 bar on the outer scale. This is a configured order code, 101008S04LXAN30#/BR, rather than a stocked catalogue number; option AN brings accuracy to ±1% of span to match Class 1.0, and without it the standard dry accuracy is ±1.6% of span. Four points should be settled before ordering. The Ashcroft standard window is polycarbonate rather than glass, and although a safety glass option appears in Ashcroft's current configurator it is not listed in the 63/100 mm data sheet or the ordering handbook, so confirm it is available at this dial size. Ashcroft publishes no blow-out device, pressure-relief provision or over-range limit for this model, where the gauge listed on this page carries a blow-out disc on the case top and a 130% of full-scale over-range limit. Ashcroft's data sheet and ordering handbook do not claim EN 837-1 for this model, where the gauge on this page is built to EN 837-1. Ashcroft's own documents disagree on whether the 0.013" push-in throttle plug is fitted as standard at this pressure range, so confirm whether the gauge ships with that restrictor.
