Description
Versa VSP-3301-31 is a V Series brass spool valve built for directional control in industrial pneumatic circuits and other low pressure directional control duties. This configuration is a 3-way 2-position normally closed valve that is shifted by pressure pilot and returned by an internal spring, allowing dependable remote actuation without electrical coils. The valve is body ported with 1/4 in NPT threaded connections and a compact sideported external pilot construction so the pilot supply and exhaust can be routed separately to suit panel, manifold and machine installations. In normal condition the valve is normally closed to supply, and when pilot pressure is applied the spool shifts to direct supply to the working port, which is the typical operating pattern for three-way normally closed control of cylinders, actuators and vent or blow-off lines. The brass body and internal parts with Buna sealing are suitable for air, inert gas and natural gas service, with a pressure range from partial vacuum to 200 psi and a pilot pressure range of 40 to 200 psi. The primary flow capacity is 1.8 Cv and the standard temperature range is -23 to 93 C, supporting stable performance in general plant environments. Suffix -31 specifies a U-cup pilot piston seal which helps maintain consistent pilot shifting and durability over repeated cycles.
