Description

RIV 230 Opale is a spring operated pressure relief valve with free discharge designed for low-pressure protection. It has a 1" ISO 228/1 (BSPP) threaded inlet and releases pressure through free discharge when the set point is reached. The adjustable relief pressure range is 0.5 to 1.5 bar (7–21 psi), and the maximum working pressure rating is 1.5 bar (21 psi) at room temperature. This valve is intended for gaseous discharge and is not suitable for the passage of liquids, especially with solids in suspension.
